Job Description

  • We are seeking an Office Admin who will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in a way that meets the company’s criteria.
  • Employees in this job coordinate office activities and perform secretarial assignments for professional or management staff in support of the on-going operations of the office
  • including such duties scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the management staff.
  • Assist Management in any required job.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists .
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms including telephone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Book travel arrangements and handle visas process.
