Job Description
- We are seeking an Office Admin who will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in a way that meets the company’s criteria.
- Employees in this job coordinate office activities and perform secretarial assignments for professional or management staff in support of the on-going operations of the office
- including such duties scheduling meetings, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the management staff.
- Assist Management in any required job.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists .
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms including telephone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Book travel arrangements and handle visas process.
