Job description:
We are looking for an experienced business analyst and IT product specialist who is passionate about building products that are related to the technology, set the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for the products. Also, influence every aspect of how it gets to build and launched. The business analyst will be a vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building and development tasks of our software product’s features.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the product performance and redesigning if required
- Work with the products to optimize the downstream value chain to increase captured value within our standard brand.
- Communicate product features-related issues to the technical product manager for specific products.
- Monitor product and project teams to ensure client /channel contracts are executed as agreed.
- Collecting useful requirements details from the client helps to define the project scope.
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
- Business analysis, Product marketing, Supporting product sales, and Long-term envisioning.
- Supporting the solution-delivery team
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for product features.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent filed.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferred 4 years in product management, and 3 years in Business Analysis.
- Knowledge of Quality Management and Reporting System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working effectively with a cross-functional team in a matrix organization
- A Project Management certificate PMP would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ski
