Job Description
- General supervision of the day to day operations of the factory.
- Developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs.
- Take a lead in continuous improvements to include lean and 5s procedures, ensuring a clean and compliant work area is maintained at all times.
- Ensure equipment and tooling required is available and maintained.
- Instituting policies and procedures.
- Training welders, fitters, and team leaders, and maintaining a production schedule.
- Giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.
- Responsible for upholding a safe work environment.
- Supervise and manage all the phases of a plant operation which includes production, management, quality control, shipping etc.
- He is also majorly responsible for developing the budget for the manufacturing plant projects and making sure that the budget is properly implemented and followed.

- Maximum age: 43
- 8+ years of experience.
