Job Description
- Answer all incoming customers’ calls.
- Handle internal and external customers’ e-mails received.
- Follow up on pending cases.
- Update required daily reports sheets.
- Issue and revise customers’ letters.
- Update customers’ details if needed.
- Customer’s retention for all LOB.
- Handle and report customers’ verbal complaints.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Handle face to face walk-in customers
Job Requirements
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1-2 years of experience.
