Job Description

  • Answer all incoming customers’ calls.
  • Handle internal and external customers’ e-mails received.
  • Follow up on pending cases.
  • Update required daily reports sheets.
  • Issue and revise customers’ letters.
  • Update customers’ details if needed.
  • Customer’s retention for all LOB.
  • Handle and report customers’ verbal complaints.
  • Resolve customer issues.
  • Handle face to face walk-in customers

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 1-2 years of experience.
