Job Description

A German Trading Company is looking to hire SEO Specialist to be responsible for developing optimized web content. The SEO Specialist responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user friendliness.

He/She should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills. Ultimately, an SEO Executive should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, passion for the industry and time management skills.

Job Requirements

General Requirements:

  • Fluent English Language is a Must, German Second language is a plus.
  • Experience in working with different departments with different countries
  • Commerce/Marketing/Business Admin. Graduate from a reputable university.
  • GUC, AUC graduate are most welcome to apply.
  • Max. age is 28 years.
  • Total years of Experience from 3 to 6 years max.
  • Proficient in using MS applications particularly Word & Excel.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Content Marketing, Content Growth and SEO.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Outstanding.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Familiarization Google analytics.
  • Experience with website optimization tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
  • Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  • Develop and implement link building strategy.
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  • Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
  • Preparing detailed strategy reports.
