We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in overseeing offshore accounts. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet offshore account goals.
- Ensure compliance with COPC standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives using 6 Sigma methodologies.
- Manage and oversee offshore account operations, including team performance and client satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor offshore account teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, specifically in managing offshore accounts.
