Job Title: Operations Manager - Offshore Accounts

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in overseeing offshore accounts. The perfect candidate will possess a strong foundation in offshore accounts management, proficiency in 6 Sigma and COPC methodologies, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to guide a team toward operational success and ensure client contentment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and meet offshore account goals.
  • Ensure compliance with COPC standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives using 6 Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage and oversee offshore account operations, including team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor offshore account teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, specifically in managing offshore accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of 6 Sigma methodologies and COPC standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports to drive operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with financial and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in managing remote teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
