Job Description
- Create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs.
- Manage all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.
- Implement marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Job Requirements
- Working with FMCG, Retail or E-Commerce is highly preferable.
- 4/5 years' experience as a graphic designer, Senior Graphic Designer, or a lead role creating a diverse range of designs.
- Familiarity with design software and techniques (eg InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere)
- Have a piece of knowledge on motion Graphic Videos
- Experience with Social Media ads with Strong Knowledge of resizing all of the designs.
- Proven experience in graphic design
- Able to work with different Group Branding
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic concepts, typography, and brand knowledge
- Ability to work systematically and meet deadlines.
- Create Illustrations or other artistic paintings, short motion videos.
- An eye keen on aesthetics and details
- Excellent Communication Skills
- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
- Mac User is preferred.
