Job Description

  • Maintain up-to-date billing system.
  • Generate and send out invoices.
  • Follow up on the collection and allocation of payments.
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
  • Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in the field of humanitarian assistance, including at least 5 years’ Monitoring and Evaluation experience, including in the design of monitoring tools, data collection, data analysis, visualization and report writing.
  • Excellent Command of English Language
  • Skills of finding different solutions to solve credit and collection problems.
  • Ability to respect deadline and work under pressure
