Job Description
- Working closely with Sales and Pre- Sales to understand and document the design (in the form of an SOW) of solutions and software to the customers and product specifications; recommend and deliver the number of Professional Services Days required for the Solution project.
- Initial design and delivery within the expected timescale, considering the number of days/or overall value of the Professional Services sold and recommended for the specific solution.
- Developing or contributing to Statements of Delivery / Work / Requirements for solution implementation with the Cluster / Country PS teams
- Developing and executes implementation plans for selected solution and coordinates with the customer, third party resources and internal resources
- Diagnosing and resolves application, software and connectivity problems requiring on /off-site support
- Understanding customer requirements for support services and has the ability to recommend and deliver billable services as appropriate
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Java / JavaScript / SQL / HTML
- Occasional travel around EMEA countries or to the United States may be required
