Ensure quality goods and services received in a timely, cost effective manner to Horeca's clients.
Take an active lead role in the management of the company's supply chain in close coordination and liaison with the E-Commerce manager.
Activities are carried out in line with standard operations procedures and according to any applicable guidelines.
Planning delivery timetables
Ensuring store have enough stock
Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
Monitoring stock levels
Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
Overseeing arrival of shipments
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Determine key supply chain KPIs
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
Provide constructive feedback
Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
