Job Description
- Manage a group international tax and legal restructure projects within EMEA’s jurisdictions.
- Prepare business, financial, legal and tax analysis studies showing the best restructure options for the Egyptian group that is in line with the group’s strategies.
- Supervise the restructure plan’s implementation on the ground within the agreed project’s time plan.
- Manage the selection process for the external advisors either in or out of Egypt.
