Job Description
- Monitoring and Controlling Resources and overseeing the spending of money. • Creating and posting purchase credit memos
- Preparing foreign suppliers payment schedules
- Posting all purchases (purchase orders) • Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts • Review account totals related to project assets and expenses job requirements
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders • Authorize access to project accounts
- Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts
- Reporting into Senior management on all Project financials
- Preparation and consolidation of additional services job requirements
- Handling the daily accounting at site including, petty cash, checking of contractors/supplier’s bills .
- Do all necessary accounting entries correctly in a timely manner as per the company policy.
- Handle and monitor site payments & expenses and reporting it to the financial department.
- Monitor and handle vendors and suppliers’ payments and reporting it to the financial department.
- Creating regular reports to assist financial department for timely budget completion.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Monitoring and Controlling Resources, warehouse and overseeing the spending of money.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Accounting or similar
- More than 7 year’s experience in finance sector at least 4years in same position>
- Construction experience
- M.s office
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
