Job Description
- Full supervision on the production process, and the employees / labor working on it.
- Makes sure that the final product meets the quality standards, while achieving the production target.
- Work on prevention of losses of raw materials during the production process.
- Training of new workers / labor , and increase the performance level of all workers.
- follow-up on the machines of production , to make sure sure they are working well with optimum productivity.
- Fix any problems that might arise and affect the production process.
- make sure that the workers are doing their cleaning responsibilities at the end of their shift.
- the supervisor is the only one responsible for the attitude of his team (workers).
- Follow and apply the policy and rules of the company.
Job Requirements
- Experience in FMCG field.
