Job Description
- Organize the daily movement for all the company’s trucks.
- Coordinate with drivers for any repairs, maintenance, or other services.
- Truck tracking by GPS
- Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc)
- Follow up on fuel card issuance and retrieval.
- Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Preparing daily, monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet coordination.
- Very good command of English.
- Very good user of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multitask & problem solver.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- 5 Days Work, 2 Days off
- Rotational shifts
