Job Description

  • Organize the daily movement for all the company’s trucks.
  • Coordinate with drivers for any repairs, maintenance, or other services.
  • Truck tracking by GPS
  • Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc)
  • Follow up on fuel card issuance and retrieval.
  • Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
  • Preparing daily, monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet coordination.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good user of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitask & problem solver.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • 5 Days Work, 2 Days off
  • Rotational shifts
