Job Description
- Managing the Customer Service team and distribute the work among them based on the work load and need to solve the customers’ and their certificates issues.
- Handling the customers’ issues to give them the best service and to solve any certificates issues.
- Review the daily report of the customers’ certificates with the team to be able to track the complaints and to follow up to solve their problems.
- Handling the administration and technical issues of the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of experience in customer service, 2 of which as a supervisor or team leader.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills, people-oriented, problem-solving & negotiation skills.
- Leadership & team management skills.
