Job Description
- Understand products and services offered by our company and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Understand the courier landscape in Egypt, plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Find and develope new markets and improving sales
- Interface with internal teams to secure deals signing and completion
- Analyze merchant data in order to initiate preferential commercial proposal
- Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
- Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Job Requirements
- Marketing, Business Administration or Logistics Management major with Bachelor degree or above
- Candidates MUST from logistics / courier industry
- Experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Experience in a rapidly response and highly results-oriented environment with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good business acumen, excellent communication and organizational skills and good team player skills
