Job Description

  • Supporting in handling recruitment and selection process
  • Updating on regular basis the CV database with every applicant status
  • Follow up with accepted candidates the employment documents
  • Filing and recording employees leaves (annual, casual and sick)
  • Recording employees missions and filling them
  • Supporting in new employees contract creation and form 1 as well
  • Supporting in handing the resignation process for any employee leaving the company
  • Recording all training records and status
  • Supporting in appraisal functions and compensation and benefits

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree in any suitable discipline
  • HR diploma/ certificate is a must
  • Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Can work under pressure
  • Multi tasks abilities
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent proven records in hiring blue and white collars
  • Filing abilities
  • Well organized
  • Very good MS Office (Word, Excel)
