Job Description
- Supporting in handling recruitment and selection process
- Updating on regular basis the CV database with every applicant status
- Follow up with accepted candidates the employment documents
- Filing and recording employees leaves (annual, casual and sick)
- Recording employees missions and filling them
- Supporting in new employees contract creation and form 1 as well
- Supporting in handing the resignation process for any employee leaving the company
- Recording all training records and status
- Supporting in appraisal functions and compensation and benefits
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in any suitable discipline
- HR diploma/ certificate is a must
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Can work under pressure
- Multi tasks abilities
- Very good command of English
- Excellent proven records in hiring blue and white collars
- Filing abilities
- Well organized
- Very good MS Office (Word, Excel)
