Role Summary:
Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “Recruitment Specialist - Blue Collars” to join the HR team at the 10th of Ramadan City.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Handling all blue collars/mass recruitment requirements
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Some personnel duties might be required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Factories' experience background is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting blue collars.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is highly preferred.
- Good English is essential (written and spoken).
- Residents of 10th of Ramadan City or nearby is highly required.
