Job Description

Your role will be:

  • Supports the management with all necessary information, planning models and scenarios to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Analyzes the historical data to forecast and create teachers’ offline and online schedules.
  • Manages teachers staffing plans for potential and existing projects. 
  • Ensures accurate planning and adequate staffing for operations regarding all resourcing issues.
  • Maintains Operation headcount and headcount related issues.
  • Suggests schedule scenarios for the best occupancy of our branches.
  • Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department.
  • Understands seasonal and historical trends and work within them to ensure maximum occupancy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Call center and hospitality experience are highly recommended (Workforce & reservations)
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Workforce planning skills.
  • Monitoring, business and technical analysis skills.
  • Good organizational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Excellent grooming standards
