Job Description

  • Develop effective media buying plans on all digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook and google ads).
  • Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
  • Develop reports after every digital campaign.
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media platforms, and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
  • Build, plan and implement the overall social media marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage all social media marketing channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Overseeing social media accounts’ designs

Job Requirements

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices and performance marketing such as conversion, Geos..etc
  • Digital marketing & social media background
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize job-related responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Must be a good knowledge of how to make paid campaigns on Facebook or snapchat or Twitter or Google Adwords.
  • Holds a certification in Google AdWords preferred.
  • Knowledge of media buying software.
  • Ability to buy media in multiple markets
  • Ability to adhere to assigned deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Mastering Facebook ads business manager tools
  • Worked in a marketing agency before
  • Higher knowledge of Facebook and google Advertising platform.
  • Good communication skills and team player spirit.
  • Near resident to 6 October City.
  • Must have experience in an advertising agency.
