Job Description
- Establishes an open communication with customer clarify the mutual expectations.
- Provides useful information for the benefit of customer ,shipping schedule, pricing, and vessel Availability.
- Takes action without delay by focusing on problem in order to solve customer problems.
- Sales support in Negotiating with trade to reach customer target ,Supports team decisions, be a good team member
- Carefully prepares the data which he/she will use during a discussion or presentation for expressing opinions.
- Assist the sales team with quotations and Booking procedures.
- Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls
- Provide Charges including storage & demurrage calculation
- Revision of customers deposits.
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
- Stick with on time delivery Supervise and mange Import shipments.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English / computer applications knowledge
- Preferably Female
- Freight forwarding or shipping lines Experience
- Preferably Arab Academy for Science & technology graduate ( Logistics )
- Strong communication & customer service skills to answer customers clearly
