Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify and develop new markets and increasing sales
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Contacting and attracting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increasing the value of current customers
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Planning & executing marketing strategy
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills (will be leading marketing executive & a sales executive)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Proven working experience in business development, sales, marketing or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Time management and planning skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English
