Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify and develop new markets and increasing sales 
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Contacting and attracting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Increasing the value of current customers 
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Planning & executing marketing strategy 
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills (will be leading marketing executive & a sales executive)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales, marketing or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in English
