Job Description
- Develop, execute, and monitor trade marketing and communication campaigns specifically loyalty programs with business partners in addition to educating stakeholders regarding (How to use loyalty program).
- Generate branding & POP materials (Purchase order of printing material) in order to be held accountable for the whole process.
- Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, marketing intelligence to stay up to date with market continues changes.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI and market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
- Coordinate with other functions internally (Business development, Supply Chain, Sales, Commercial & Finance) as well as externally (Agencies, customers & Suppliers) as necessary to be the focal point of contact to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objective.
- Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in markets (to gather data regarding ongoing and future campaign).
- Design promotions with commercial department to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for routing the driver, and prioritize targeted customers in order to achieve agreed sales target.
- Generate status reports to direct manager to deliver full picture of van sales performance.
- Responsible for designing the upselling plan for the PMS system to pharmacies.
- Full designing Training material and deliver it to BDs how to communicate and upsell PMS to pharmacies in alignment with other departments.
- Monitor PMS Sales progress and generate status reports to direct manager to deliver full picture of PMS performance.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field, Science or Pharmacy is preferable.
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Managing loyalty programs, planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade marketing, trade promotions and merchandising.,
- Marketing Diploma is more preferable.
- Excellent User of Microsoft Office
- Fluent Command of English Language
- Excellent communications, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
