Job Description
- Adherence to house rules (Attendance – appearance – attitude,..etc)
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Coordinate daily routine checklists and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Respond to work orders from his chain of command (Facility engineer)
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Report any observations and abnormalities.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in painting and interior finishing
