- Achieve and ensure customer satisfaction via maintaining a positive, kind and professional attitude.
- Helping with challenging client requests or issue escalations if needed.
- Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Adhere to the department instructions and SLA.
- Keeping records of clients’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Familiarity with the E-Commerce industry is a plus
- Familiar with Fresh Desk system is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience and calm when handling aggressive cases
- Reporting and Multi-tasking abilities
