Job Description

  • Achieve and ensure customer satisfaction via maintaining a positive, kind and professional attitude.
  • Helping with challenging client requests or issue escalations if needed.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Adhere to the department instructions and SLA.
  • Keeping records of clients’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the E-Commerce industry is a plus
  • Familiar with Fresh Desk system is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience and calm when handling aggressive cases
  • Reporting and Multi-tasking abilities
