Job Description
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
- Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
- Technically and administratively supervising the electrical and mechanical maintenance of production lines and directing the management
- Prepare maintenance programs and plans and supervise the implementation of the process.
- And storage service spare parts necessary to maintain maintenance and emergency plans as soon as possible to ensure non-production.
- Printing, following up on emergency daily maintenance, analyzing faults and finding out their causes
- Reviewing reports submitted in an appeal against maintenance, approving them, expressing opinions, working on solving the problems mentioned therein, and providing the necessary directives regarding them.
- Supervising the units and sections that are assigned to supervise them.
- Submit the necessary reports on the status of production lines to the plant manager.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in maintenance management role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
