Secretary Job Description
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Secretary Specialist to join our team and monitor all Secretarial functions. As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow Procedures at the office. You will also be required to perform multiple typing, translation and business writing tasks. Working after hours whenever needed is to be expected.
Duties:
- Reports directly to Admin Manager
- Handles various organizational tasks
- Answer Phone Calls
- Research and gathering information
- Writing up documents and reports
- Preparing and distributing company announcements
- Accurately translating and reviewing various work related documents
- Preparing power point presentations…
- Scheduling, organizing or attending internal and/or external meetings
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Working late hours after official working hours whenever needed (2-3 times a week)
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- Good command of Written English
- Demonstrated experience in Document Translation: English / Arabic
- Fast and accurate computer typing abilities
- Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office “Word – Excel – PowerPoint”
