Job Description
- Organize and filter all depts. documents in professional way before director receives.
- Manage director's schedules, calendars and appointments.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
- Maintain office filing system.
- Assist Executive director in the administrative tasks.
- Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
- Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence.
- Documents expenses and generates reports.
- Handling daily administration works.
