Job Description
- Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.·
- Understand, support, and evaluate customer needs and offers solutions.
- Perform research and identify new market opportunities and new potential customers.
- Negotiate/close deals with clients and handle complaints or objections.
- Share opinions and visions in meetings according to the products, services, or related.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
- Make Analysis and reports to the direct manager regarding all sales leads.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience handling accounts specific to HORECA customers.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.
- Strong Food Service contacts.
- Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
- FMCG background is preferable.
