Job Description
You will be asked to provide maintenance, administrative and compliance support to the property manager. The role is to complete NYC agencies compliances and report back to management. Monthly calls with vendors and city agencies.
Your responsibilities include (not limited to):
- Manage the inspections/maintenance contracts for each building for proper maintenance and compliance (elevator maintenance, inspections, fire sprinkler inspections, boiler testing, etc.)
- Become well versed in all property management documentation and follow the proper procedures to enforce the rules.
- Setting up new accounts and vendors.
- Attending monthly office training and meeting with vendors via video conferencing.
- Setting up monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player with the capability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks/team with limited or minimal supervision
- Work from home opportunity.
- Must be fluent in English written and spoken (no exceptions) Experience with the US Real Estate market is a plus.
- Must have a decent internet connection (5mbps and up)
- Resume must be furnished.
- Experience in construction, compliance, and legal language.
- Bachelor and higher.
