- Provide back-end support for the business development and marketing team.
- Document all activities related to the business development and marketing team.
- Create business development material such as proposals, contracts, etc.
- Create marketing collateral such as reports, presentations, case studies, etc.
- Coordinate with the internal teams to gather information and create the documents.
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent research skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple activities and tasks
