Job Description

  • Responsible for designing, organizing, and/or training programs that meet defined business requirements.
  • Responsible for program administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
  • Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training, by creating a positive learning environment ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
  •  Plan and prepare for an effective, organized, and well-structured training program so as to maximize the learning opportunity and achieve objectives.
  • Maintain, update, and prepare course equipment and facilities, in order to run courses effectively.
  • Develop expertise to take responsibility to build and extend their relevant industry, product, competitive to provide effective training delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 3+ years of working experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Report analysis.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Time management.
  • Accurate & detailed.
  • Process implementation.
  • Highly detail-orientated.
  • Deadline-orientated.
  • Proficiency in English both written & verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Any additional qualification would be an asset (Any courses related to the job).
