Responsible for designing, organizing, and/or training programs that meet defined business requirements.
Responsible for program administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant tracking.
Deliver face to face and virtual classroom training, by creating a positive learning environment ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve learning objectives.
Plan and prepare for an effective, organized, and well-structured training program so as to maximize the learning opportunity and achieve objectives.
Maintain, update, and prepare course equipment and facilities, in order to run courses effectively.
Develop expertise to take responsibility to build and extend their relevant industry, product, competitive to provide effective training delivery.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
3+ years of working experience.
Strong communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Fast learner.
Report analysis.
Work well under pressure.
Time management.
Accurate & detailed.
Process implementation.
Highly detail-orientated.
Deadline-orientated.
Proficiency in English both written & verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
