CHS steps from prospecting to follow up
- Receive phone calls.
- Follow up phone call customers. Customer relation management (CRM)
- Receive visits of customers in showrooms.
- Listen to the customer needs.
- Present the car to the customer
Show room responsibility :
- Usually Communicate with logistic Department
- Make Sure that vehicles and showroom facility in good condition and clean
