Job Description

The role of the Performance Manager is focused on ensuring the goals being set by the organization for both the teams, and the individuals, are being met. You manage the process of aligning departments, resources, systems, and individuals to meet the goals that define success for the company.

  • Setting performance objectives and updating as necessary Setting performance objectives and updating as necessary
  • Gathering and analyzing cross-functional performance data
  • Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance

  • Lead, develop and inspires teams
  • Manage and review policies related to employee performance
  • Translate company goals to individual goals and align efforts and outcomes

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Relevant Certification in Management
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge.

Experience:

  • +4 years in Performance Management
  • Strong Management and business skills
  • Dental Background is a must
