Job Description
- Back Office agent provides administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of the service center.
- Back Office Executives do not interact directly with clients but work behind the scenes through phone to ensure the smooth running of the company.
- They perform key administrative duties as well as research, and data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must. Preferably American accent.
- Ability to handle customers in a friendly and professional attitude.
