Job Description
- Dedicated Human Resources Generalist and main point of contact for associates and managers under scope.
Responsibilities but (not limited) for:
- HR administration including leave management, social security forms and registrations…
- Payroll cycle according to the internal process
- Recruitment process in alignment with the workforce planning and business strategy
- Balanced salary structure which is bench-marked with the external market
- On-boarding and HR induction for new hires
- HR-business partnering
- Following up and conducting performance management with associates and managers
- Supporting associates and managers in setting up and implementation of learning plans
- Attending, coordinating, organizing relevant HR events, job fairs.
Job Requirements
- Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management is required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Deep understanding of HR processes and Egyptian labor law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Organized, structured and able to multitask
