Job Description
- Manage and execute the maintenance activities at the factory e.g preventive maintenance, PM plan predictive, emergency, and routine maintenance
- Manage department resources inefficient way to achieve targets.
- Analyze production losses and spoilage for necessary corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead internal process improvement projects.
- Ensure a safe working and good housekeeping practices.
- Well-knowledge of maintenance KPIs ( define, measure, and improvements ).
- Lead operations(5S - TPM - SMED - VSM - Six Sigma….)
- Spare part usage control.
- Analyze the periodical monthly reports about the downtime and stoppage and eliminate the root causes.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Mechanical engineering.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Root cause analysis.
- Good team-building skills.
- Good team leadership skills.
- Previous experience in FMCG, poultry field is preferred.
