Job Description
- Persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions
- To achieve the key performance indicators viz.
- Sales units targets
- Conversion targets
- Cross-selling targets
- Should listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- Should be aware of basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices.
- Use all call-handling skills at the opening, during conversation and while ending the call.
- Act as a Sales consultant to advise customers on the right service he is looking for.
- Performs outbound calls for customer sales.
- Adhering to the pre-set performance & Quality KPIs as per the Quality Assurance guidelines.
- Accurately understanding the reasons for customer dissatisfaction and customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining appropriate Attendance, productive time on the dialer.
- Maintaining sales records in structure forms.
- Should be up to date with the product and process knowledge as assessed through various tools.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English speaker.
- Previous experience in Telesales is a Plus
- University graduates ONLY
