Job Description
- As part of the Business Development Department, the Pre-Sales will supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
- Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs, and are appropriately supported by key client technical decision-makers.
- Develops a full understanding of ITG's products and solutions portfolio.
- Creates and update on a regular basis an answer bank to all products.
- Works closely with the designated Professional Service team to ensure all demo sites are consistent and free of bugs.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients’ business requirements.
