Job Description
Participate in preparing maintenance plan
- Ensure implementation of maintenance activities
- Analyze of operational processes to optimize operation scenarios and analyze efficiencies
- Lead technicians’ teams in dispatching tasks per priorities
- Prepare different systems assessments in addition to preparations & implementation of important projects
- Coordination and supervision on outsourced contractors that performing specialized maintenance activities
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulation, building codes and health & safety standard
- Analyzing utility bills to optimize usage
- Submit maintenance KPIs reports.
- This job requires being on call 24/7 in case of any raised emergency.
- Contributes to the overall success of the Facilities Maintenance by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Maintenance Knowledge of HVAC, generator, Fire pump, WS pump, Fire Fighting, fire alarm, plumbing systems and good knowledge for any other mechanical equipment.
- Supervising, Guiding & leading of maintenance technicians.
- Spare parts maintaining, Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience working in engineering
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Must be self-motivated and a great team worker
