Job Description
- Responsible for assisting all mechanics and customers in purchasing needed parts, supplies, and accessories.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts and for seeking out and soliciting parts business online.
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions and requests about parts.
- Greet customers in person and determine what parts they need.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available or ordered promptly when needed.
- Receive, unpack, and store parts.
- Track inventory and input items into the company log to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Process payments and returns when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of vehicle Layout, Parts catalogs ( EPC, ETK, ETKA, Tecdoc ).
- Mechanical Engineering Degree Graduate is preferred.
- Experience working in automotive parts or services is a must.
- Basic understanding of automotive components and systems.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Driving license.
- Highly motivated; manner and appearance; reliable, effective conversation skills.
- Knowledge of parts counters procedures, such as requiring prepayment for special orders, etc.
- Ability to search parts numbers or to use the computer and standard catalogs.
- Very Good English
