Job Description
- Promoting & selling genetic tests.
- Educate and train our client base on our genetic testing menu and how our testing can help provide answers to the clinician and the patient.
- Meet/exceed annual sales targets.
- Analyze territory data to understand growth opportunities.
- Recognize areas for improvement based on client interaction and voicing them back to management (new test options, training needs, marketing needs and educational needs).
- Present to clinicians on the advantages and benefits of genetic testing as a first line of diagnosis compared to standard testing
- Engage with marketing team in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of prospects
Job Requirements
- Medical background: (Pharmacist-Vet-Dentist-Biotech-Other)
- 2+ years of successful Sales experience, Particularly Genetic Testing preferred.
- Candidates with Oncology relationships and experience in selling lab testing services are highly preferred.
