Job Description
- Supervises the housing of the village workers
- Ensures that all duties and procedures are carried out according to the set standards.
- Ensures that all aspects of the operation achieve and maintain manages the Operations in a way that achieves high standards of service guest’s satisfaction.
- Supports menu planning and the research and development of new trends in food and beverage items, and work closely with the Production department on product development.
- Responsible for Producing Operating and Management reports helping run the business and keep Senior Management informed.
- Assures that all staff understand and support all Disciplinary and Grievance Policies and Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Responsible for ensuring that there is an effective procedure to handle guest and customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum Age 35.
- FMCG Experience is a must.
- Males Only.
