Job Description
- Perform the first-line contact in the company whether in reception or incoming calls with professional communication skills with clients and transfer these contacts to the right person inside the company.
- This role is meant by handling all kinds of administration work.
- Handling correspondences between the IDH team and any other party inside/outside the office.
- Control and maintain good communications with clients according to the IDH customer experience plan.
- Prepares clients/project files with requested details.
- Handles timesheets, salaries, and vacations coordination of employees
- Update calendars and schedule meetings on a daily basis.
- monitor and purchase office supplies and materials needed.
- Handle invoices and financial transactions with coordination with IDH accountant.
- Prepares business proposals and contracts for new projects using templates approved by the management team.
- Handle all documentations with high arrangement skills, and proficiency in using language in documents.
