we are looking for a “ general accountant” to Prepare financial records & reports for a variety of real estate transactions.
Job Description
- Prepare financial records & reports for a variety of real estate transactions.
- Reports may include items such as development expenses, operational costs & profits.
- Handle all accounts payable & receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice & expense report is accurate.
- Facilitates all incoming payments & outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures, and distributing checks as necessary.
- Review the monthly trial balance and sending the monthly results to Management.
- Prepare financial management reports.

Job Requirements
- Must have real estate experience at least 3 years
- Males Only
- Must have experience in the ERP System
- Experience in Microsoft excel.
