Job Description
- Prepare and develop business solution requirements through multiple mediums such as business requirement specification documents, user stories, business rules, business process models, and wireframes.
- Work closely with stakeholders and business users to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows and consult for any room for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs.
- Documentation of processes, and workflows and perform a gap analysis.
- Development of clear and detailed road maps, process maps, and business requirements.
- Identifying issues and risks.
- Gather Project requirements and definitions with various internal business units and external third-party stakeholders.
- Oversee the product development stages, including planning, refinement, release, and production.
- Prioritizing needs by managing the scope and time according to the objective of stakeholders.
- Managing product backlogs and Prioritizing backlog items.
- Communicating and reviewing with stakeholders.
- Estimating the overall work activities and workload.
- Communicate the needed plan to the project PM and facilitate with the entire project team when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science, S/W programming, IT, or MIS.
- 5+ of practical experience.
- Agile, Scrum methodology.
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Process re-engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
- Strong business/client engagement skills.
- Experience developing business requirements.
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Preferably with PM and BI domains knowledge.
