Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation and achievement of the company’s mission, goals and financial objectives
- Prepare presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department when needed
- Identify and develop new business suppliers through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls
- Build and maintain high level contacts with current and prospective suppliers and other business and project partners
- Engage with the customers and interpret their needs and give advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
- Provide answers to technical or non-technical questions asked by clients
- Compare the company products or services offerings with product or service offerings of other competitors from a technical point of view
- Maintain awareness and keep up-to-date of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals
- Ensure the positioning and presentation of the company’s product offerings compared to other companies.
- Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is communicated in a correct and clear way
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Assist in establishing and adjusting the selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Provide day to day performance management for subordinates and that includes (Feedback, Coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in engineering major communication and electronics
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Very good Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent understanding of the group’s technical products
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
