Job Description
- Follow up on pending patient cases via phone call, email or text.
- Being able to diligently sort through lists of cases/queues and various accounts to outline key accounts that need attention.
- Being able to prepare a report through cases handled vs cases remaining.
- Going the extra mile for our vip doctors is the name of the game, therefore you are expected to collaborate with various departments in the company to achieve customer satisfaction.
- You will be required to create follow ups and reminders for your work, to make sure that a specific customer need has been met.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in customer care/call center (in English)
- Fluency in English is a Must
- Ability to use Microsoft office (word & excel)
- Solid internet connection 4 mbs.
- Ability to work under stress and handling a heavy workload of daily quota for calls.
